Keeping you warm this winter: UEF's very own woollen socks!
The Climate University network coordinated by the University of Helsinki has formed a teaching cooperation contract between 18 universities. A majority of Finnish university students can take the network’s climate and sustainability -themed courses.
The University of Eastern Finland participates in six of the funded FIRI consortia, and funding for the development of infrastructures was granted to all faculties of the university.
The study addresses the question of how people established and transformed their sensory relationships to the urban environment of the Slovenian capital Ljubljana from the mid-19th century to the present day.
The application period to Master’s degree programmes taught in English at the University of Eastern Finland opens on Wednesday, 1 December 2021, and closes on Wednesday, 19 January 2022. Both Finnish and international applicants with a suitable Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification may apply for admission to the programmes.
The Creating Spaces for Diversity of Worldviews in Early Childhood Education project aims to enhance teachers’ competence on worldview education and to develop early childhood pedagogy that recognises diversity.
