The doctoral dissertation of Basanta Prasad Adhikari, MBA entitled An investigation of the impact of the key components of the induction programme on new teacher retention in Chitwan district, Nepal will be examined at the Philosophical Faculty, on 7th June at 12 noon.
The opponent will be Professor Eve Eisenschmidt (University of Tallinn) and the custos will be Professor Pertti Väisänen (University of Eastern Finland). Language of the public defence is English.
