UEF Startup Day is coming back to the Joensuu campus!
Organized now for the eighth time, UEF Startup Day will once again gather UEF-related startup actors, people interested in entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem stakeholders from Joensuu to the Carelia building lobby on Thursday 26 November 2026 at 10–14.
As usual, the event will showcase UEF connected startups, entrepreneurship cases, and commercialization projects. In addition, participants will get information about entrepreneurship services and courses offered by the university and different stakeholders. These help students and researchers develop their own business, product or service idea, as well as their general entrepreneurial mindset.
Case presentations include:
- Holtittomat Oy
- FotoLink Oy
- KaarnaArt Management
- Pasi's Fantastic Hobbies
- Panepojat
Changes and additions are possible.
The event is open to all students, researchers, staff members, and stakeholders interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of field of study or educational background.
The main language of the event is English.
Registration: For those who register in advance by Monday 23 November, there will be pizza and coffee available. Register here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/KWqsAYJ1ce
A more detailed program will be published in the coming weeks.
