The International Workshop “Orthodox Theology in the 21st Century: New Trends and Methodologies” brings scholars of Orthodox theology to Joensuu on 1-5 June 2022.

Georgia is known for its highly original music and culture. The UEF School of Theology and its discipline of church music is organizing a Georgian theme week on 23–27 May 2022. Associate Professor, ethnomusicologist Tamaz Gabisonia from the Ilia State University (Tbilisi) will give lectures and lead musical workshops that are open to all. The event begins the Erasmus+ teacher mobility between the UEF School of Theology and the Ilia State University.
