We are happy to welcome you to UEF Alumni Day to meet old friends, hear inspiring speeches and reminisce about the years spent together. Whether you graduated recently or decades ago, you are warmly welcome to your home campus.

The programme includes common and field-specific content and relaxed evening programme – come alone or with your old gang!

Pippa Laukka, Specialist in Sports and Exercise Medicine, media personality, and alumna of the University of Kuopio.
Pippa Laukka is a medical doctor, wellbeing expert, entrepreneur, and a well-known public health influencer in Finland. She is widely recognised through her television and media appearances, as well as her work in elite sports and holistic wellbeing. At the core of her work is translating scientific knowledge into practical, everyday insights in an accessible and engaging way.

13.45 Alumni of the Year Award Ceremony
The University of Eastern Finland selects an UEF Alumni of the Year from among its alumni.
