The doctoral dissertation of Riina Iloranta, Master of Hospitality Management, entitled The Challenge of Luxury Experience – Service Provider's Perspective, will be examined at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies. The Opponent will be Senior Lecturer, Adjunct Professor Ulla Hakala, University of Turku, and the Custos will be Professor Raija Komppula, University of Eastern Finland. Language of the public defence is English.
