The course outlines the religious landscape of Finland beyond Christianity. It discusses different non-Christian religions, new spiritualities as well as non-religion. The focus is on late-twentieth century and contemporary society.

Study methods
- Contact teaching and learning assignments completed independently or in pairs: lectures 6 h, independent work 48 h, OR
- Learning assignments completed independently or in pairs: independent work 54 hrs
Evaluation criteria
- Learning assignments are graded 0–5. Active participation in contact teaching is graded pass-fail.
