The Flagship of Advanced Mathematics for Sensing, Imaging and Modelling (FAME) warmly welcomes all interested parties to the Flagship’s Connect & Collaborate Event in Kuopio on 26 August 2026! The event will take place at the University of Eastern Finland’s Kuopio campus in the auditorium of Tietoteknia building (Savilahdentie 6) at 8:00 – 16:00.
Aimed at company representatives from research, product development, and operations management, this event will focus on R&D-related challenges, scientific solutions, and real-life applications. The event will be built around the themes of Medical Technology and Imaging and Industrial and Environmental Applications.

The FAME Flagship is a competence centre of applied mathematics and physics.
