Ari Muhonen's predecessor, library director Jarmo Saarti, posted on UEF Library blog on August 3, his last post entitled Why does the library exist? and spoke about how the laws of Indian librarian S. R. Ranganathan apply to this day. In his first blog post the new library director now explains why the library will remain in the future as well.
