Kuopio Campus Christmas Party moved online due to the coronavirus situation

The traditional Kuopio Campus Christmas Party on 15 December 2021 will be moved online because the coronavirus situation in the North-Savo region has deteriorated, and the Regional State Administrative Agency for Eastern Finland has imposed a restriction on public gatherings. A link to the live stream event will be updated in the events calendar in Heimo shortly, in a few days’ time. The link will also be announced in the UEF Current News group on Yammer.

The Regional State Administrative Agency for Eastern Finland decided on 2 December 2021 to restrict public gatherings of more than 100 people when all the participants do not have an assigned seat, or when the programme includes sing-along songs. The decision is in force until 27 December 2021 and pertains only to the Kuopio Campus. The decision does not have an effect on other activities of the Kuopio Campus, including teaching and public examinations of doctoral dissertations.
