The doctoral dissertation of Mariana Galvão Lyra, MSc, entitled Against the plunder of our ores’: The anti-mining movement in Brazil between 2013-2017, will be examined at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies. The Opponent will be Professor Anja Nygren, University of Helsinki, and the Custos will be Professor Rauno Sairinen, University of Eastern Finland. Language of the public defence is English.
