The University of Eastern Finland’s next doctoral conferment ceremony at the Kuopio Campus will be held on 9–11 June 2022. Registration for this ceremony will be open on 1–31 January 2022 to those who registered for the ceremony originally scheduled for June 2020. More than 150 doctoral graduates registered in 2020, and a new registration link has been sent to them by email. If you were enrolled then but have not received the registration link, please contact promootio@uef.fi.
The doctoral conferment ceremony has been rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Dance rehearsals for the conferment ball will start in Kuopio in mid-February and will be held on weekends approximately once a month. Further information about the rehearsal schedules will be sent based on preliminary registrations for the rehearsals.
The recruitment of Student Marshals will also be launched early next year.
