The University of Eastern Finland’s annual Young Researchers’ Evening will focus on the opportunities of working as a researcher, and on academic career development.
In the event, Rector Jukka Mönkkönen will present the Young Researcher Awards in recognition of an outstanding doctoral dissertation completed by the UEF researchers. We will also hear speeches by the awardees representing different fields of science.
Also, Director of Impact Minna Hendolin will tell us about the key moments of her own career as a young researcher with the title Different career story – genetic research, innovations and business.
Event will be hosted by Risto Löf from the UEF Communications and Media Relations.
