“Thank you, World” photograph exhibition

The photograph exhibition “Thank you, World” features a unique collection of photographs of flowers, sea, springs and wreaths, taken by Ukrainian journalist, writer and photographer Tata Asteri (Tetiana Skorokhod). Through her photographs, she wants to express her deep gratitude to all people for their #StandWithUkraine support.

The photographs will be exhibited for the first time at the Kuopio City Library (Maaherrankatu 12, Kuopio) from 7th to 20th November. The photographs will be also exhibited at the University of Eastern Finland’s Kuopio Campus, in the Snellmania building on the 2nd floor lobby, from 21st to 25th November and on the Joensuu Campus, Carelia building lobby, from 28th November to 2nd December.

A launch event of the exhibition and possibility to meet with the photographer Tata Asteri will be held on 17th November.

The photograph exhibition is organised by a working group led by Dr Oksana Skaldina, with funding from the Kuopio Nature Society and the University of Eastern Finland.
