The Finnish Conference of Linguistics is the most important national conference in the field of linguistics in Finland. Every year, it brings together around two hundred linguists from universities in Finland and abroad. The conference is held alternately at different universities.
The theme of the 52nd Finnish Conference of Linguistics, to be held in Joensuu, is “Diverse Data in Linguistics”. The aim is to stimulate discussion about the possibilities and limitations of various research data and to highlight new types of data and analytical methods.
The conference program consists of invited talks, workshops, and section and poster presentations.
