The doctoral dissertation of MSc (Agr. & For.) Mikko Kukkonen, entitled Single sensor airborne data sources for forest inventories by tree species will be examined at the Faculty of Science and Forestry. The opponent in the public examination will be Professor Sorin Popescu, Texas A&M University, USA, and the custos will be Professor Petteri Packalen, University of Eastern Finland. The public examination will be held in English.
