The Research Council of Finland’s Scientific Council for Natural Sciences and Engineering announced its funding decisions for new Academy Projects and Academy Research Fellowships on 12 June. At the University of Eastern Finland, a total of 3.4 million euros were granted to nine Academy Projects, and approximately 2.5 million euros to four Academy Research Fellows.
