In autumn 2023, a unique project was launched to promote the employment of international students in Eastern Finland.

The Finnish Dental Society Apollonia and the Finnish Dental Foundation have awarded several new grants for research projects at the University of Eastern Finland.

The financial statement for 2023 was discussed by the UEF Board on 22 March. The financial statement will be discussed by the University Collegiate Body on 7 May.
