Sisältö
Horizontal and vertical competition restrictions between undertakings, abuse of a dominant market position, merger control, sanctions, procedural issues and remedies.

Study methods: Lectures (c. 10 h) and essay. The course does not include a written exam. Online lectures and an essay.
- Please check before registering and paying the study fee that course registration is open in Peppi.
- Note that the right to study is granted within 2–5 business days, so you will not be able to activate your user accounts immediately.
- Once the Open University right to study has been granted, you will receive an email with a link to the new student website (instructions foractivating university user accounts, etc.).
- Log in according to the instructions to the Open University law studies learning environment (UEF Moodle).
- After registration, you will automatically be included in the implementation/teaching organized by the Department of Law.
- The right to study always ends no later than 30 July 2027, regardless of whether registration is completed in the autumn or spring semester.

You can register for individual course units at a fee of EUR 20 per ECTS credit. The prices are valid for the academic year 2026–2027. Please familiarize yourself with the Open University study fees as well as the payment and cancellation terms: Right to Study and Payment Terms. The right to study is granted on a course-by-course basis and always ends no later than 30 July 2027. The costs of acquiring or borrowing course literature are not included in the study fee.
