There are many teachers in the workforce whose training did not include any media education at all. The University of Eastern Finland is now filling this gap.
Altogether 17 members of the university’s management participated in the coaching and they learnt about the process and methods of service design in six joint virtual workshops and independent training courses.
At the moment, approximately 850 students from abroad are completing their Master’s degree at the university of Eastern Finland, with more than 200 Master’s degrees awarded to them every year.
