Anne Väisänen, MA: Doctoral defence in General Linguistics

The doctoral dissertation of Anne Väisänen, MA, entitled Beliefs, Cues, and Detection of Deceptive Speech: From Low-Stakes Lies to Hoax Emergency Calls will be examined at the Philosophical Faculty. The opponent will be Professor Dr. John Local (University of York, UK) and the custos will be Professor Michael Rießler (University of Eastern Finland).
