Quality Assurance Work

The Faculty of Health Sciences is committed to the quality assurance work of the University of Eastern Finland and follows the university’s Main Quality Manual in all its activities.

The quality assurance work at the faculty is conducted by the faculty’s Quality Team in which each school, department and institute has its own representative. The first official Quality Manual of the Faculty of Health Sciences was accepted by the Faculty Board on June 23, 2010. In addition, the schools, departments and institutes have their own quality manuals describing practices and processes typical for them. All quality manuals will soon be available also in English.
