The doctoral dissertation of Virve Pekkarinen, M.Ed., entitled Being and developing as a university teacher The role of emotions and social reflection in developing as a university teacher in different pedagogical development contexts will be examined at the Philosophical Faculty. The Opponent in the public examination will be Professor Klara Bolander Laksov (Stockholm University), and the Custos will be Professor Laura Hirsto (University of Eastern Finland).
