International organizations and sales units call for business professionals who understand the phases of internationalization and the essence of modern sales work. Our Master’s Degree Programme with a unique combination of International Business and Sales Management provides in-depth understanding of the global business environment and firm's approaches to doing business and sales cross borders. By emphasizing the core themes of internationalization, business-to-business sales, and cross-cultural communication, the program provides the path to becoming a valuable leader and sales professional.

Master's degree in International Business and Sales Management (IBS) is a multidisciplinary two-year master's degree programme that combines high level research and teaching. The programme is designed for both Finnish and international students and 25 students will be accepted into the programme annually.

To apply for the programme the applicant is expected to have a three year Bachelor´s degree or equivalent university degree in the field of Business Administration, and very good skills in both written and spoken English. Learn more about the admission requirements.

Theory meets practice in the programme curriculum: the newest theoretical findings are effectively combined to real life case exercises, provided by the programme partners. Extensive networks to local and global enterprises and internationally distinguished business schools diversify the content by providing interesting visitors and opportunities for international co-operation.

The programme students will acquire important knowledge and readiness to operate in a global business environment in various organisations and roles. Additionally, the programme provides tools to operate successfully in an academic field. Students who have successfully completed the programme will be awarded with Master's Degree in Economics and Business Administration.
