Detailed instructions for abstracts

By sending an abstract for evaluation to NSPC 2017, the sender and other authors agree on following:

  • Conference language is English, and all abstracts must be in English
  • The abstract should not exceed 400 words (excluding author affiliations) and should be formatted in one entire document
  • The abstract is submitted in both text format and in Microsoft Word -format
    • The abstract in text format should contain:
      • The title
      • The following subheadings:
        • Introduction
        • Objectives
        • Methods
        • Results
        • Discussion and conclusions
      • No author information
      • No bolding, underlining, italic etc. highlighting
    • The abstract in Microsoft Word format must be assembled in a following matter:
      • Font style: Times New Roman, font size: 12, spacing: 1,5
      • At the top of the page: The title in BOLD AND WITH CAPITAL LETTERS. Please, take a look of an example abstract here.
      • After the title, authors, their positions, locations and e-mail addresses
      • The abstract should be self-containing and include the following subheadings in BOLD AND WITH CAPITAL LETTERS sectioned in separate paragraphs:
        • Introduction
        • Objectives
        • Methods
        • Results
        • Discussion and conclusions
  • The abstract should not contain formatted tables or figures, or references
  • Please pay attention to author affiliations in EasyChair submitting program. In abstracts with 6 or more authors, all authors may not be transferred into the submission form directly. Rest of the authors should be corrected to the submitted abstract after the submission (considering the deadline of the submission)
  • The authors have the opportunity to have their abstract published in Research in Social and Administrative Pharmacy (RSAP) and indexed in Web in Science, IPA, PubMed and other indexing services. The copyright of the abstract will belong to Elsevier. Authors agree that NSPC 2017 and RSAP reserve the right for additional copyediting for style and grammar of the abstract before publishing
  • The submitted abstract or its’ content has not been published at the time of submission. Resubmission of the abstract to any other conference, including “encore” or similar such presentation categories, requires permission of the RSAP Editor and corresponding Elsevier Publisher
  • If you wish not to publish your abstract in RSAP, please add a notion “Declined to publish in RSAP” at the end of your abstract
  • In case the author(s) wish to submit an “encore” or similar presentation category, where the abstract or its’ content has been previously published, please add following notions at the end of your abstract:

    • a notion: “Declined to publish in RSAP”
    • publishing information of the original abstract publisher at the end of your abstract
