Administrative Law is a wide field of law; it includes a large amount of regulation related to public administration and the use of public power. As a branch of law, administrative law concentrates on the responsibilities of civil servants, the legal relations between civil servants and their clients and the legal position and legal protection of the client of civil servants.
Administrative law can be studied either as a major or a minor subject. The field is extremely popular at the UEF Law School.
Administrative Law research and teaching at the UEF Law School focuses on the questions of substantive law related to a concept of a welfare state, for example requests of good administration and legal aspects of education and social security.
