It is recommended that you use specific article databases for searching for scientific articles. Check the list of databases suitable for your own discipline.
UEF-Finna Search on international e-resources searches over several databases simultaneously.
Google Scholar also reaches scientific articles among other publications.
The article databases usually contain the SFX links that shows you accurate information about the articles' online availability.
You can search for online articles by using the name of the article. You can define your search by writing the article title in quotes. You can also add the name of the author or the journal.
If the article is not available online, you can search UEF-Finna for printed journals. In addition, you can easily check the availability of materials in the National Repository Library and order an article from their collection.
Orders from the National Repository Library are possible for university staff and students.
Rights to use
E-materials that are available to be used in the campus libraries and within the campus network can be accessed without a separate identification or username.
From outside the campus network, the materials can be used by UEF students and staff members. This is done by logging in to the UEF Finna with your personal UEF username. The KUH staff members sign in using remote access.

Feedback will be processed daily. Easily fixed issues will be solved immediately if they are essential to the service and in accordance with the operating policy. All feedback will be processed in the relevant services. If necessary, feedback will also be processed in the library’s working groups. Feedback and the changes prompted by feedback will be processed annually by the management group in the management review.
