• International cooperation among sociologists and social scientiests through their creative work.

• Inclusion of interesting, readable, scholary studies without to technical jargon

The journal is published bi-annually in the months April and October. Manuscripts should be submitted in duplicate and in acceptable form. Style instructions for preparing manuscripts may be obtained by writing to the Editor.
