Services for the Members of the University

The Communications and Media Relations Office supports its internal customers, i.e. the faculties, schools, departments and units, in facing their communications-related challenges. Indeed, the entire organisation of the CMRO is customer driven. Each faculty has a named communications officer at the CMRO, who has the responsibility for the communications services offered to the faculty.

The CMRO assists its customers in the planning of their communications activities, for instance when a customer is planning to issue a press release, has information which needs to reach the entire university community, needs language advice, or is preparing for an interview.

The named communications officers help the members of their faculty in communications-related matters and are the faculty's contact person at the CMRO. The services offered include assistance relating to brochures, adverts and online content creation. The CMRO also updates the News&Events website, which features the latest events, bulletins, dissertations and press releases of the university.
