Ensimmäinen valmistunut Fotoniikan maisteriohjelmasta

Joulukuussa 2011 valmistui ensimmäinen maisteri Itä-Suomen yliopiston kansainvälisestä Fotoniikan maisteriohjelmasta. Onnea Saikat!

Hänen gradunsa aihe oli "Demystifying Cancer With Plasmonics".

Näin Saikat kertoo opinnoistaan: "You don't know the sense of relief I'm experiencing today. This International Master's program, our professors, courses and everything have been overwhelmingly fantastic. I have really learnt a lot, starting from basics to advanced topics in Physics, from the courses that we had. I wish this programme becomes more and more popular day by day. I would like to thank my mom and brother for always being my inspiration. Thank you goes to my professors Pasi, Jari for helping my scientific career to get started, Hannele for always lending her helping hands, Oili, Noora, Balu, Henri and all. I emphasize the word ALL. From today, I am moving to a new world of my doctoral studies with all your blessings...."
