Human Geography | The Master’s Degree Programme in Human Geography: “East Meets West in the European North” was an English-language programme for degree, exchange, and doctoral students at the Department of Geographical and Historical Studies that was established in 1996. In 2010, a decision by the Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies closed the programme, which will be replaced by the new "Border Crossings: Global and Local Societies in Transition" Master's Degree Programme in autumn 2012.
