Tutkimusintressit ja opetus

Toomas Kotkas (OTT) tutkii sosiaalioikeutta sekä lainopillisesta että yhteiskuntateoreettisesta ja historiallisesta näkökulmasta. Hän on erityisen kiinnostunut sosiaalisten oikeuksien ja hallinnoinnin evoluutiosta hyvinvointivaltiossa.

Toomas opettaa sosiaalioikeutta, oikeusteoriaa ja oikeussosiologiaa. Hän toimii myös tohtoriohjelman johtajana.
