EnSTe courses

Participation and fees

• Participation is free for everyone.

• Students are selected to the course in the registration order. In the case of full-booking, EnSTe students are prioritized.

Accommodation and travelling

• EnSTe covers the travelling and accommodation costs for its own students. Accommodation (in double rooms) will be organized by a coordinator. Students wishing to have a single room, must pay the difference themselves. Travelling will be covered according to the prices of public transportation (for instructions, please, see Travelling section).

• Coordinator can assist non-EnSTe students with accommodation and travelling issues. Please, ask for help if needed.

Courses of co-operating graduate schools

• EnSTe students can participate the courses of co-operating graduate schools under the same (financial) terms as the organizing school's own students if there are vacancies. The registration to these courses will be directly via the organizers.

• EnSTe supports participation financially (upto 600 eur). Contact the coordinator about the details.

Courses organized by others

• EnSTe students can apply funding for participating other courses as well. The funding will be 50 % of the total costs (including participation fee, travelling and accommodation) but 600 eur at maximum. Please, see Travelling section for additional info about applying the travelling grant.
