The European General Practice Research Network defines the dimensions of the General Practice (GP) research as follows: clinical or problem related aspects; person related aspects, including a comprehensive, holistic and person-centred approach; community oriented aspects (including equity and diversity) and management aspects (on practice or system level). Our research activities take place in the context of primary health care and population. Our research projects are focusing e.g. on personal health care plans, community hospitals, interprofessional medication assessment, the burden of chronic diseases and multimorbidity and interventions to improve management of chronic diseases.
