Healthy diet and nutrition therapy
The main research interest of the Nutrition therapy group is to understand better the significance and mechanisms of diet on health and risk factors of non-communicable diseases. The group has long expertise in conducting randomized controlled trials. A large variety of modern methodology has been adopted to examine the effects of dietary modifications as thoroughly as possible. The ultimate goal is to find better ways to prevent non-communicable diseases by optimal dietary pattern, taking genetic background into consideration, and to find applications to nutrition therapy.
