Research groups

The research conducted in the Department is interrelated with various research centres, research groups and networks. Some of them are interrelated to one of the advanced-level strong research areas of UEF, namely Sustainable Governance of Natural Resources and more broadly, the LYY Institute. LYY is a network organization based at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF) combining social and cultural research expertise for application in the analysis of the environment and natural resource uses.
