12th January 2012: The call for applications for CBU FEE at the University of Eastern Finland will be open from 1st February to 16th March 2012. There will be CBU scholarships (500 EUR/month) available for the five best applicants in the application round 2012-2014. These scholarships are for the students who do not have any other scholarships of funding for their studies. Applicants do NOT need to apply for these scholarships separately.
------ 10th of November 2011 CBU FEE coordinators in Russia and Finland had a consortium meeting in St. Petersburg.
------ 27th of October 2011 A seminar for CBU FEE students at the University of Eastern Finland was organized. In the seminar, the students gave presentations about their applied periods.
------ 20th of September 2011 Mr Maxim Trishkin officially received the Degree of Master of Science in Agriculture and Forestry. Congratulations!
------ 4th of July 2011 Ms Lu Ren officially received the Degree of Master of Science in Agriculture and Forestry. Congratulations!

9th of June 2011 the preliminary programmes for the Introductory course and Current Issues in Forest Sciences have been published! The courses will begin on 8th August 2011 in Joensuu.
------ The application period for Forestry and Environmental Engineering Programme in University of Eastern Finland is opened from 1st of March 2011 by following link http://cbu.fi/en/hakeminen. Please note that the paper application with all the required documents attached needs to arrive at the University of Eastern Finland by 16.15 on 30th April 2011

For more details, please contact: maxim.trishkin@uef.fi ------ 22nd November 2010: The Master Thesis Presentation of Tanke Aba Samson is now available for comments until 30th of November. ------ 18 November 2010: Moscow State University was approved by CBU Council meeting as a new partner to the Forestry and Environmental Engineering Programme. ------ 16 November 2010: CBU promotional event was organized at the Faculty of Forestry and Science. Presentations to international students were given by Olli Kauppinen, planning officer from CBU Developement Unit; by Tanja Kähkönen, planning officer from CBU FEE programme and two students from CBU Forestry Programme Isabel Muñoz and Maxim Trishkin.
