Doctoral Program in Molecular Medicine (DPMM)
- Research groups from A. I. Vrtanen Institute and School of Medicine
- 120 doctoral students
- 26 students are financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture

Glycoscience Graduate School (GGS)
- 22 research groups in nine universities and research organisations, currently coordinated by University of Helsinki
- 34 students have been registered in the school
- Six students are financed by the Ministry of Education and Culture

FinPharmaNet
- FinPharmaNet graduate schools will merge to FinPharma Doctoral program (FPDP) in the beginning of 2012. Present graduate schools will continue as Sections.
