Registration fee deadline: The deadline for conference registration fee is April 13, 2012.
PAYMENT
Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Participants will receive an invoice by mail. Please follow the instructions sent with the invoice carefully to ensure your admittance to the conference. The registration fee must be paid by the fee deadline. Cash or credit card payments for registration at the venue are NOT acceptable.
NOTE: All payments must be free of bank charges to the receiver.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to aija.turunen @ uef.fi.
Cancellations received before March 15, 2012 will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received between March 16, 2012 and April 20, 2012 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after April 20, 2012 will not receive a refund. It is possible to delegate a substitute person instead of cancellation.
Registration and abstract submission deadlines: registration and abstract submission deadline February 18, 2012, registration deadline March 15, 2012.
Article submission deadline: papers to be published in the conference proceedings can be submitted from January 1, 2012 to September 3, 2012.

It is most advisable to familiarize yourself with pages "Guidelines for abstracts and articles", if you intend to submit an abstract, before you open the registration form.
Please note the optional programme is self financed, and the registration for the optional programme is binding.
