| January 1st to September 3rd | Article submission deadline is September 3rd. Papers to be published in the eConference proceedings can be submitted at this time period. |
| March 15th | Final date for registration. Final date for cancellation with full refund. |
| April 13th | Final date to pay the registration fee. |
| April 20th | Final date for cancellation with refund minus 50%. |
| May 22nd-25th | Days of the Conference. |

Optional programme
Optional programme consists of three excursions and a banquet which are not included in the conference fee. These activities are organized for your pleasure, but have to be self-financed and paid separately. There is a required minimum of participants for each activity. In case you are committed on participating a certain activity, please indicate it on the registration form. You will be informed on the details of each activity when you arrive at the conference venue. The registration is binding.
