DNA Sequencing Facility
 

Our facility offers DNA sequencing service based on the MegaBACE 750 DNA analysis system.

The MegaBACE 750 is a 48-capillary dual-laser DNA analysis system manufactured by GE Healthcare (formerly Amersham Biosciences).

We use DYEnamic^TM ET Dye Terminator Cycle Sequencing Kit (GE Healthcare) with Thermo Sequenase II DNA Polymerase.
